Hi I'm Nicola and I'm a Food and Beverage Manager. I am the most hard working person you'll meet because of my extremely high professional standards. My two boys mean everything to me. They are 14 and 15 respectively. One has Chron's disease and the other is autistic which places a lot of responsibility on me to care for them on a regular basis. 

As Millennials we should encourage a flexible work environment to get the best out of our employees. My employer completely supports me taking every Friday off for childcare. I absolutely love living and working in Plymouth because of the access to the Ocean and Dartmoor.
