As part of our commitment to inclusive recruitment, The Plymouth Charter is working with Real Ideas Organisation to support businesses in the city by providing sessions on best employment practices.

Skills Session - Foundations in Effective Line Management

This 90 minutes skills session will give an introduction to the two main areas of effective line management: the person and the processes.

The workship will look at the foundations of effective management including self-awareness and communication, and how to make the processes that support line management as supportive as possible.

The overarching theme for the session is effective line management to manage employees well, and participants can expect to come away from the workshop with practical tips and advice they can embed into their working practice.

This virtual workshop will be on the 14th of December, 2022 between 10:00-11:30am. Book your free space here.
