When you come into a job where people are already established in their career it is hard to fill that gap, comparing yourself to others. It's easy to feel imposter syndrome. Young people are eager to prove themselves, to learn, to work hard.

Flexible working is the best way to attract young people, it allows them to live their life to the fullest."
